Hi guys and girls,
with my firt post i just wanted to get started in this space tbh. There’s not really any thought behind it and for me its just a way to feel like i am doing smth without actually doing smth. I kind of created a few T-Shirt and Hoodie ideas over the last few months, i even get around to print some of them since my dad is a literal screenprinting genius.
So i basically want to get some feedback for some designs i’ve made over time, don’t wonder i mostly use Ai (that should mean adobe illustrator) and vectorize pictures and assemble them to something i like. Despite the lack of creativeness most of the time i generally come up with some good ideas but how the hell would i know if someone really likes them. So thats where you come in, or at least i hope you do otherwise his would be utterly pointless… Still it seemed like a good idea to me to at least try it. And please don’t scrutinize me for my english or whatever, i’m austrian so keep that in mind. Also all things concerning this website and/or its functionalities i still need to explore so thats that. Still if anyone has suggestions just post them hear i gladly read them.
What it really is…
i mean you always have to consider that this is just a thought and color, size and placement is up to debate. Also this might never be commercially viable since there is the whole thing with copyright. Although lets be real here nobody would care. SO this is what i would call a goat. I stripped a picute of a goat of a website vectorized it and put it infront of a white heart. The heart thing came from me wanting to make a present for my girlfriend and with my limites ability to work with illustrator i would say it turned out great actually. She loves to hike so thats why i did the goat. Color wise i didnt really try anything yet, but since the hoodie has this retro green color i wanted to keep it neutral tbh. If we look at placement i want to put it on the back actually but i didnt find a mockup of this hoodie from the back :/. I guess we have to live with that. This is really simple but i like it.
This then would be the second one. Its a white snowleopard infront of a black heart, the little opposite of the previous one. This one is (from a manufacturing standpoint) a litte more problematic, beacause you simply cant print white on black that easily. nontheless i like the whole snow thing going on with the black and white theme. still tried to keep it simple with the colors. Pretty much the rest is the same as above. here i could see a different color being slapped on there tbh. the black of the heart kinda gets lost in the back. i am going to print them anyway so i can see how they look under real lighting and in person.
