Catch Up and what’s been going on this week.
Hi guys and girls!
First and foremost thanks for visiting my site. Don’t get me wrong it’s only been 8 people until now but it is better than nothing….eventhough it could have been just bots :/. For now i just like the therapeutic nature of just writing stuff. it is actually quite relaxing if you drink a beer or two. So i had to travel a lot last week been going across country for work. Now i found some time to write again. Today i want present to you a creation of mine which is bluntly said a raging bull artwork about a sand arena with a red ribbon behind it. It is rather artsy and open for interpretations though i like it quite a lot. I have made the artwork around 2 years ago while studying.
From Bulls to Bees
What i wanted to portrait in the artwork is kind of a scene where a bull charges at something and the red ribbon was the most obvious choice back then. They usually do these fights in sandy areas which lead to the sandcolored background. Eventhough its a simple design i feel it commands a lot of impressions along the way. i dont think the aspect ratio is quite right displayed here, you have to imagine it as one longer strip rather than a square shape, it elaborates the ribbon more. if i am being honest i stripped some random picture of a bull from the internet ;).
